Emilee Demoss

Emilee Demoss • M.A., CCC-SLP

Emilee earned her Bachelor of Science in Special Education with a concentration in Communication Disorders from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Memphis.

Emilee has experience working in various settings, including schools, private clinics, and outpatient rehabilitation hospitals.  She has evaluated and treated communication disorders in many areas, such as articulation, language, cognition, motor speech, swallowing, fluency, and social skills.  Emilee has worked with a wide range of clients, including toddlers, school-aged children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. She has also attended the training for LAMP (Language Acquisition through Motor Planning).

Emilee is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and moved back to the Memphis area in October 2016. She loves cheering on the Vols and the Predators. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her dog, Knox. Emilee is very excited to help improve her clients’ communication skills at JHA.
